This Privacy Policy explains how Bongelli Strength Inc., operating as RoundWon S&C ("RoundWon," "we" or "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use roundwonboxing.com, join our waitlist, receive our free training plans or use our coaching services.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and the information we need to deliver our services:
- Waitlist details: your first name, email address and the division you choose (for example, recreational boxer or amateur competitor).
- Messages you send us by email or through our website.
- Coaching information, if you become a client: your intake form, goals, training and fight history, fight dates, bodyweight, injuries, health and fitness information, check-in messages, and the fight footage, photos and videos you send for review.
- Payment details, which are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
- To send the free training plans you request, matched to the division you choose.
- To tell you when coaching spots open.
- To design, deliver and adjust your coaching program and nutrition guidance.
- To respond to your messages.
- To process payments and manage your coaching.
- To send training tips and news, only if you have given express consent.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your head coach
Part of our coaching is working with your head coach. We share progress reports and training information with your coach only with your permission, and you can change that at any time.
Health and fitness information
Some of the information you share, such as injuries, bodyweight and health details, is sensitive. We use it only to build and adjust your program. We never sell it, and we share it only with the service providers we need to deliver your coaching and, with your permission, your head coach.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our services: Kit for email, Cloudflare for website hosting, Google Workspace for email correspondence, Stripe for payments and Kahunas for coaching delivery. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
Email marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who have given express consent, as required by Canada's anti-spam legislation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. If you unsubscribe from the waitlist, we stop emailing you and keep only what we need to respect that choice. After that, we delete information or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
If you live in the UK or EU
We process your information based on your consent (for emails and free plans) and to deliver the coaching you sign up for. You also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Age requirement
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
